The Retirement Illustration tool is designed to demonstrate some of the distribution options available within your TIAA-CREF retirement plan. You should consider your own unique life and health circumstances, and estate planning needs, in determining your election options. Please note the actual income generated for some options may differ from the income illustrated.

This tool is provided for educational purposes on retirement income. If you are looking to see if you are generally on track to meet your goals, please visit the Retirement Goal Evaluator. Neither tool guarantees specific dollar amounts of future income. Before using the tool, please consider and agree to the following:

• ACTUAL INCOME MAY VARY FROM PROJECTED INCOME
  The results presented in the tool are based on your current account balances, an assumption for future growth, and current TIAA-CREF annuity payout rates. Due to market fluctuations and changes in interest rates, actual income may differ from projected income. The tool is for educational purposes and you should not rely on it as the primary basis for retirement income planning. Contact your tax advisor regarding the tax impact of any decision.
   
• TOOL RESULTS MAY DIFFER IN FUTURE SESSIONS
  The Retirement Illustrations tool is online software. TIAA-CREF periodically updates the software, and the results generated in this session may differ from results in future sessions based on planning methodology, default values, and other modifications.
