Send a Stock Certificate
To mail your securities to TIAA-CREF Brokerage Services:

1. Print your nine-digit TIAA-CREF Brokerage Services account number in the upper right corner on the front and back of each certificate.
2. Appoint Pershing LLC as attorney in the space provided on the back of the certificate.
3. Date and sign the back of each certificate, exactly as the name appears on the front of the certificate.

All parties whose names are on the certificate must sign the back of the certificate. For your protection all securities should be sent Overnight, Certified, or Signature Required mail to:

Transfer an Account

The type and title of the account you are transferring must match the type and title of your TIAA-CREF Brokerage Services account for the transfer to occur.
